A patent infringement lawsuit has been pending in Houston since 2011, and the federal judge presiding over the case has had just about enough.
“This is my oldest and least favorite case,” the Honorable Vanessa D. Gilmore wrote in an order entered on December 12, 2018. “Please stop trying to become my least favorite lawyers.”
“The court is in receipt of the parties’ whiny letters,” Gilmore wrote. “What is wrong with you parties/lawyers? Just STOP IT!”
